Freedman CPA works from Lower Manhattan and from Plantation in Broward County. The two addresses cover the markets most of our clients live and operate in, and they cover the two state tax systems that come up most often in our work, New York and Florida. Clients elsewhere in the United States and abroad are served remotely through the secure portal.
Locations
45 Broadway, Suite 1650, in the Financial District. Serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Westchester, Long Island, and northern New Jersey, with the New York State and New York City tax work that comes with them.
135 NW 100th Ave, just off West Broward Boulevard. Serving Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Davie, Weston, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, and Hollywood, along with Miami-Dade and Palm Beach.
The offices are where you can meet in person. They are not the limit of who the firm serves. Documents move through the secure client portal, meetings happen by phone or video, and returns are filed electronically, so distance rarely changes how an engagement runs.
Correspondence
Neither office receives mail. All correspondence, notices, and physical documents go to the firm’s mailing address.
